• Overseeing and consulting on the creation and curation of content across various client departments at Lexus Automotive Headquarters, a division of Toyota Motor North America • Work with multiple clients across a variety of departments utilizing video assets ensuring proper planning, communication, execution and distribution of deliverable assets while maintaining brand alignment across all distribution channels• Attend and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, project leads and executives. Prepare project materials, budgets, production reports and ROI reports as assigned• Support management of digital assets, building content lists and tracking usage rights. • On set DIT managing all in-game/on-set data generated by camera and audio personnel • Support the maintenance of data used as archival material for the NFL and other outlets—ESPN, CBS, Fox, and NBC.• Verify and execute logistical operations for media assets before and after game day• Liaison between on-field personnel and HQ throughout game • Interact with on-site freelancers to maintain integrity of data and image quality
