With 10 years' education in Engineering, I enjoy breaking down disciplinary boundaries and pushing technologies forward. I am a scientist and an engineer, a passionate and versatile programmer with hacker spirit and entrepreneur mindset. My PhD research was focused on improving the design, efficiency and reliability of complex transportation systems through means of Optimization, Artificial Intelligence and Game Theory. My dissertation research on optimization, cost allocation and mechanism design of ridesharing was funded by an award from SWUTC (southwest region university transportation center) PhD Candidate Assistantship (2013-2014) and an award from Texas A&M University Dissertation Fellowship (2014-2015).I enjoy playing music and tennis.
