• Supporting all US based Amgen Field/Remote end users with Information Technology assistance.• Execute service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support) according to Managed Client Policy & Procedure Guide.• Coordinates with Client End User on expectations and availability to conduct Managed Client Services.• Performs trouble shooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments & repair on Client Assets in campus / remote locations.• Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact End User experience and follows through on action steps.• Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance. • Reviews, troubleshoots and approves operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.• Installation of software for company and configuration settings for appropriate clients.• Responsible for proper removal of computer hardware equipment and peripherals.• Responsible for large scale projects involving client data backup and restore from old device to new device including software configuration.• Responsible for large scale device on-boarding projects ranging from two hundred to three hundreds employee's in a time frame of weeks prior to start date.
