It can be done while working, eating, alone, or accompanied. The options are endless, and it seems we, as a society, are never saturated with it.At Pluto TV, I lead 30 engineers toward the objective of entertaining the planet. We build and maintain a scalable and pristine browsing experience on the Apple platform (iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and macOS) that allows citizens to watch hundreds of channels and on-demand titles for free, in 30 different territories and 9 different languages.I am proud of this bright and multicultural team, which is composed of fantastically diverse people from 16 different countries. I learn a lot with them every day and I am humbled to serve and enable them to do their best work.I invest most of my time mentoring the leaders and cultivating among the rest a sense of ownership and autonomy that empowers them to deliver value to our viewers, fast.However, as a passionate technologist since my childhood in the early 2000s, I love to contribute to our technical discussions and challenges.
