I have been working for more than 30 years in the R&D for a company which is today the worldwide leader in the travel IT.
In an international context, I started as a software developer and quickly move to management roles for entities up to 90 people, beginners and experimented and of different R&D functions transversal like expert, solutions, project management, process and specialised like product definition, software developer, quality engineers.I have managed local and remote teams (in India, USA) in direct or virtual (Agile) management mode. These teams have contributed to develop search engines today used billions of times per day on the web.
During these different experiences, I have also managed transformations in organisation & jobs and in product& platform. I’m passionate about defining product solutions corresponding to the customers needs and about creating the organisation and processus which will allow to deliver the expected value. For this, I concentrate on assigning the right persons to the right places with clear roles and responsibilities to ensure everyone engagement.

I have developed an expertise in search domain for different channels of distribution and I'm proud to be part of the inventors of more than 12 patents in this search area.I’m perceived as a calm person, thoughtful, organised, benevolent, with a good listening, open to criticism, efficient, reliable with a good analytical , synthetical and anticipation mind.

At the occasion of a voluntary departure plan in my company, I took the opportunity to give a new sense to my professional life and also personal one.
