Organized, mentally flexible and eager to tackle new situations, my skills are currently put to daily use in enthusiastic support of customers, vendors, executives, and co-workers. I excel at process, and I like challenging the way things are done in order to increase efficiencies.I derive joy from helping people solve difficult problems, so my previous experience as the exclusive point of contact for customer care brought me great satisfaction. Interacting with customers, communicating across departments to resolve customer issues, and providing prompt, suitable resolutions for our customers gave me a sense of accomplishment each day.I feel strongly that recognizing uniqueness and celebrating our differences makes for a more productive and creative workplace. To that end, I'm honored to serve on my company's "culture" team, a representative group of employees tasked with creating ongoing programs and events that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
