One of my proudest accomplishments was playing a key role in the transformation of the Mandai Wildlife Group's traditional animal entertainment shows into animal conservation shows. After knocking down walls to get a chance to pitch my idea to then-CEO Ms. Fanny Lai, I managed to convince her to embrace my script "The Rainforest Fights Back". The show ran successfully for many years at the award-winning Singapore Zoo and celebrated natural animal behaviors brought to life by a dynamic cast. I'm forever grateful for the opportunity to have produced socially conscious yet impactful content for a cause so dear to my heart.These days, I'm focused on advocating for persons with disabilities, youths at risk, and caregivers. I am trying to launch a "No Longer in the Background" initiative to ensure that Singapore's arts scene includes a diverse range of artists with different abilities.When I'm not fighting fires, I love curating arts programs and dipping my hands in anything that gets my creative juices flowing.Ultimately, I'm just someone who believes in the power of positive change, one step at a time.
