Co-hosts Sprinklr’s daily internal talk show, The Daily Joe with Tony Vargas (#djtv), which highlights Sprinklr culture, celebrates successes, and features employees from around the world in fun, informative, entertaining episodes.

* Assist and support Global Facilities Manager in all projects, including building out new spaces and expanding existing ones.* Negotiate leases and agreements for new and potential spaces, in collaboration with brokerage firms, legal departments, and building leasing managers.* Manage the team that maintains employee delight at its maximum potential. * Supervise and coordinate administrative aspect of multiple internal events and meetings, including calendars, catering, IT support, and special requests.* Manage teams and service providers to ensure that all areas are maintained and kept up to highest standards.* Work with vendors to provide seamless service of daily operations. * Develop, maintain, and increase the fun culture of the company.* Support and supervise office managers and operations of all offices.

My success as a teacher, director, and choreographer comes from communicating with people in a personal and relevant way. I first discover how people learn, and then facilitate an experience where they can learn to execute the task at hand at their maximum potential. Staying true to my vision, I like to highlight people's strengths and help them feel comfortable exploring their challenges in order to achieve the final product. As a performer, I have multiple credits in commercial, educational, and regional theatrical productions, including Nickelodeon, Broadway Across America, and Pregones Theater; as well as television productions. The web series, "This is Tony" is currently in pre-production.

Act, sing, and dance in this medley of Afro-Caribbean poetry and music. In this 75 minute show, I deliver comedic, dramatic, and uplifting monologues and infuse it with various dance styles- bomba, plena, guaracha, fox-trot, tap, salsa, mambo, and contemporary. The show, rooted in Puerto Rican and Antillean cultures and traditions, has quickly become a holiday tradition, a sort of "Boricua Nutcracker".

•Coordinate productions of interactive anti-violence shows for teens, adults, and senior citizens•Organize special events including benefits, cocktail receptions, and workshops•Coordinate travel arrangements for the company to travel to Encuentro Festival in L.A.•Assist the Artistic Director and Associate Artistic Directors in administrative and creative roles•Coordinate and assistant direct Asunción, an LGBT Latino Playwriting contest•Perform general administrative tasks

*Helen Hayes Award Nominee* As a special guest at GALA National Hispanic Theater, I performed lead and featured roles in a musical, classical play, and contemporary play. The musical, Puerto Rico ¡Fua!, took me to the Helen Hayes Award as a nominee. The classical piece, "El desdén con el desdén" was directed by Award winner Hugo Medrano. The contemporary piece was an adaptation of Isabel Allende's "The House of the Spirits", directed by José Zayas. Critical praise for my performances includes: "Tony is a tour de force on stage" and "Vargas' spellbinding performance as Polilla propels the plot forward."

Played Diego and Benny the Bull in the National Tour of Dora the Explorer in legendary performance spaces across the nation including Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
