CurrentAfter spending the last twenty years working in various Product Management roles, helping bring innovative CCaaS/Customer Service products to market, I’ve decided to make a career change and return to my roots in education and training. Some of you may know that prior to joining SAP I taught business computer courses at Central Michigan University (CMU), and that I continued to teach online SAP courses at CMU on nights and weekends while fulltime working at SAP. And I’m sure a few of you may also recall my time as a corporate trainer at SAP where Gert Tackaert and I travelled around the world “on tour” teaching SAP CRM courses to partners and customers in exotic locales like Heidelberg, Singapore, and King of Prussia (Pennsylvania). LOL.Earlier this year an exciting opportunity presented itself at work for me to move from our Go-to-Market team over to our newly revamped Customer Training & Sales Enablement team under the able leadership of our new Vice President, Stacy Kornluebke (German friends at SAP should have no problem with that pronunciation). I’m happy to announce that I’ve formally made the switch and have taken on the role Senior Learning & Development Consultant, working alongside my teammates in Sales Enablement, Customer Training, and Technical Writing to make sure our Sprinklr employees, customers and partners have all the necessary training and education they need to be successful in their work. I’m genuinely excited to see what we can do together!
