- Fluidly navigate various programs to create annual sales plan and forecast to promote the sales of Land O' Frost lunch meat and premium sausage brands.
- Monitor and project annual sales, with ability and autonomy to make strategic directional decisions for the success of the brands. Utilizing various sales reporting/forecasting/promotional programs.
- Work with AWG buyer to properly forecast and purchase sausage and hotdog brands for promotional events and turn business to ensure no shortages and limited shrink.Memberships:-Sausage Matrix Team member-driving.
