I'm a Tech Consultant at a Target store, having worked the position for eight years. In recent years, I've effectively run the department, coordinating the efforts of the other team members in the department, as well as across different departments in order to meet goals and maintain a high level of productivity in the store. I organize work loads, plan out the work that needs to be completed, and communicate important information to my fellow team members and the team leads on a daily basis. I am typically one of the first people that other team members come to when they have problems, often even over their respective team leads. I have a talent for organization, logistics, and planning that far exceeds my current position.
