My Role at the Co-operative Bank is to help, advice and resolve any bank related issues the customers of the Co-Operative bank have. Whether I’m transferring money, promoting products or resolving problems I always put their needs at the heart of every call. My role is to sell the official merchandise for Manchester City Football Club and dealing with customers to a professional standard while representing the Kit Bag and Man City in an exceptional manner. My job consists of a number of roles including talking and interacting with customers and making transitions while keeping the shop and the range of goods to a professional standard. I attend regular training and assessment sessions with the Nike UK branding team to ensure that all presentation and methodology concepts are achieved in store. Over two years my role has moved on to customer relations, deliveries and design POS (advertising) which has developed into a personal skill. I am the lead sales assistant in match day sales hubs around the ground and I lead the team when we provide the pop up shops in the training campus Another part of my role is as part of the small team that manage player appearances in store and new player signing when I am responsible for ensuring all the correct clothing is delivered to the Media Centre for the players.

I was a co-presenter on Shock radio broadcast in the campuses and on-line. I had an idea for a topical talk/music show which I developed into a pilot show. I presented the tapes to the station managers and they agreed to run the show. I auditioned for a co-presenter and we produced a weekly show with guests. We would plan; format and present the show live. This was a great opportunity to meet guests and discuss anything from fashion to cinema. It was a great experience teaching me how to manage people and situations and how to plan, organise and deliver weekly events for the show. In my last year I received the award for the most improved presenter from the university students and staff.

At my time at All FM, I had worked on two shows at my time at the radio station. I initially presented and produced and 1 hour weekly radio show called Food For Thought. The was based on giving tips and advice on Food related subjects from recipes to debates to on air challenges to give the listener a full feast of fun and entertainment. The second show the weekly breakfast show- Breakfast of champions. The show brings the world to Manchester & Manchester to the world with an eclectic mix of new music, cultural guides to Manchester, what's on, reviews and more. My job was to research topics and music facts such as songs release on this day to new releases of tracks.
