As a planning intern, I oversaw the allocation of merchandise to over 1,200 stores across seven nationwide zones, optimizing inventory flow to meet business demands by leveraging historical sales data. My role involved developing weekly shipping strategies through the use of five data systems, analyzing key performance metrics across various categories and zones to maximize product placement in Marshalls stores. I coordinated with distribution centers to facilitate the efficient and timely shipment of around 120K units of merchandise per week, consistently meeting shipping goals.

While working at Cross Insurance, I handled client interactions, fielding approximately 20 calls per hour and assisting walk-in customers, which improved customer satisfaction through prompt, attentive service. Additionally, I supported sales operations by observing calls, billing clients in AMS, and updating policy endorsements, ensuring accuracy in client records and transactions. Led marketing efforts on a project, collaborating with over 120 providers, to reduce paper usage by transitioning documentation to digital formats.

Led sales efforts across two studios second month on the job, achieving the top sales position and generating approximately $1,000 in monthly revenue. I managed client relations for over 300 members, providing responsive support and fostering positive client experiences.
