Ensured electronics,missile, and optic shops maintenance facility was repairing equipment as stated in technical manuals and military standard operating procedures (SOP). Established plans to effectively secure in excess of ten million dollars worth of electronics, optics, and missile equipment resulting in zero losses. Conducted oversight of 500 pieces of electronics and optic equipment resulting in 92 percent readiness rate. Monitored contractor performance and compliance with regulatory guidance.
