Authored the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations chapter for a forthcoming Naval War College book, Cyber Warfare and Navies and was a speaker at the Naval War College hosted, “Cyber Warfare, Navies and Emerging Technologies workshop”.Led emerging technology integration efforts by creating statements of work, arranging demonstrations for senior Marine leaders with industry partners, and incorporated these commercial technology solutions into new Information Warfare concepts.Served as the Information Warfare Coordinator during the USINDOPACOM Commanders Conference, integrating with the I MEF Fires and Effects Coordination Cell, Marine Air Control Group-38, to demonstrate the All-Domain Operations Center capabilities to 30 General/Flag Officers.

Selected as the Marine Corps’ first MEF Cyberspace Warfare Officer and successfully led the first deployment of defensive cyberspace Marines during a MEF level exercise to UAE.Engaged with USCYBERCOM to acquire new technology and training for deploying units along with developing new concepts of employment and helping to rewrite USINDOPACOM policy for their use.Integrated non-kinetic capabilities to complement kinetic effects and synchronize targeting efforts by regularly working with NIWC-PAC, MARFORCYBER, Third Fleet, MCWL, and MARFORPAC.

Engaged with senior government leaders in Brazil, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Barbados, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago to identify growth opportunities for international partnerships.Led the first DOD Intelligence Building Partner Capacity (Section 333) case. Accelerated partner growth by identifying deficiencies in equipment and training and developing a 7.95-million-dollar program that increased partner effectiveness and capacity.Served on a cross-functional team, reporting directly to the Combatant Commander, that reshaped the Command’s vision, organizational processes, and structure.

Improved global production of more than 400 employees in numerous locations by implementing 21 different support agreements to increase organizational efficiency.Integrated more than 30 different roles into a cohesive unit by collaborating with human resources and engaging senior leaders to gain their support.Increased influence and alignment for Marine Corps priorities during an agency-wide reorganization, by identifying opportunities and realigning numerous Marine Corps roles.

Led a technical, cross-functional team of 150 Marines, government civilians, and defense contractors to establish four additional Combat Mission/Support Teams.Managed complex relationships while leading planning efforts for global cyberspace operations, simultaneously working for two different organizational hierarchies.Led the merger of personnel into a newly created corporate office while maintaining continuity of operations and organizational culture.

Led the first Marine Corps Combat Mission Team through its early stages. The unit was awarded the Marine Corps Intelligence Unit of the Year only four years after its establishment.Advised the Commanding General on operations, the future potential for tactical cyberspace, and the development of a future Marine cyber workforce.Developed and presented multiple cyberspace operational vignettes to educate and better enable the supported commander to integrate cyberspace operations into their tactical and operational planning.
