I have run a successful landscaping company which predominately focused on domestic, school and golf premises offering a high quality design and construction service. I have worked independently and jointly with other trades in transforming outdoor living spaces. This included paving, extensions, brick and block work, turfing, fencing, artificial lawns, decking, planting, block paving, sleeper work, drainage, concreting, stonework, digger and excavation works etc. I was able to adhere to timescales and ensure transparent and open communication with stakeholders, clients and built strong connections with suppliers. I was responsible for quoting, bidding and pricing on small and medium size projects ensuring cost efficiency. Within the role I managed two small teams and was responsible for training junior employees, reviewing work and offering incentives and rewards.
