Tom has been in the insurance industry since 1979. His career began with the Home Insurance Company as a Commercial Marine Underwriter and his tenure ended there as the Major Accounts Property Manager running a three state region. In late 1993 he transitioned to the agency side of the business and began partnering with clients to handle their insurance needs. Prior to joining Crosby & Henry he was a vice president for the third largest insurance broker in the world.
