Txi Hunter Cement

Using the instrumentation avaiable, I monitor and make adjustments to the kiln burning system to maintain efficient operations of the cement manufacturing process. The main equipment I operate is the Roller Mill, Kiln, Cooler, Coal Mills, and Finish Mills. I effectively communicate with all departments personnel in all of plant areas. I work with the Lab personnel to produce high quality clinker, and cements. I possess the plant knowledge needed to run the control room and cover as Production Supervisor as needed.

Continually monitored operation of plant, specifically Roller Mill, to detect problems and react to minimize downtime. Maintained a clean and safe working environment in keeping with MSHA and company rules and policies. I am able to operate bobcat, front-end loader up to and including Cat 980, dump trucks, Tractor trailers and jackhammers while working in all weather conditions and in surroundings that include heat, dust, vibration, heights and confined spaces. Completed training in and followed lock-out procedure and safety requirements. I am Cross trained for Finish Mill, Tower Attendant and Material Handler positions to cover when needed.

Hunter Cement

I am trained on the operation and maintenance of the production front end loaders, Cat 920 thru Cat 980. Maintain clinker barn as to not contaminate different clinker types, load outside cement tankers, process tickets for same, and dust trucks, maintain clinker bins and fueling area. Trained in all PA positions and able to cover in them when needed. Handle problems as they occur.
