• Delivered crisis communications in response to flooding and coronavirus – increased social media reach during this time by 200% and produced coronavirus email bulletin to 75,000 residents.

• Recruited to manage and contribute to the production of content for Staffordshire County Council's communications channels, as well as manage and deliver integrated communications campaigns with the aim of enhancing.
