The installation consisted of 2 BSM Data Processing, 2 BSM Gateway, 1 Service Health Reporter, 1 System Health, and 10 Business Process Monitor Servers. • Partnered with HP contractor on project to upgrade primary monitoring tools HP Operations Manager for Unix (OMU) from 8.X to 9.X and Network Node Manager 8.X to Network Node Manager Integration (NNMi) 9.X. This included the Integration of OMU with HP Service Manager and NNMi.• Increase technical understanding of colleagues by coordinating and conducting informational sessions with peer groups inside IT to share knowledge and build relationships. Using PowerPoint, one-on-one, or other deliverables (handout) to cross-train other IT employees or business partners about IT processes, technologies, or other IT related functions.• Generated procedures for support of TVA IT tools from Hewlett Packard, customizing add, delete, and changes of server/node monitoring.

• Primary TVA administrator supporting the upgrade/deployment of HP Discovery and Dependency Mapping Inventory (DDMI). Developed and implemented custom processes for TVA Network device discovery and agent deployment to Windows and UNIX servers. • Supported the testing TVA Maximo Project deployment providing performance reports and stat via the tool set, HP OMU and HP Diagnostic.

• Electronic File Management System (EMS) project system administrator; duties consisting of server hardware and operating system configuration, setup of application feeder file deployment process via Secure FTP, and feeder account ACL (Access Control List) setup.• Configured, support, and daily operation two Hewlett Packard (HP) K460 servers running HP/UX 10.20 and HP OpenView IT/Operations (ITO). The servers are located 120 miles apart for disaster or scheduled failover events. The ITO environment consisted of 400+ UNIX and NT server clients.• Primary Operating System and Hardware administrator for HP OpenView Network Node Manager(NNM) infrastructure, consisting of 1 NNM Master server(K460) and 7 NNM Collection stations(D270). All are maintained using HP/UX Ignite tools.
