Delivered and supported various Unattended RPA automations. Enabled self-service Attended RPA development for Digital Producers.Stood up a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) including acquiring resources, establishing testing processes and setting up testing tools. Delivered functional, performance and automation testing services for projects, enhancements and releases across various application portfolios in waterfall and agile methodologies. Established metrics for the testing organization and matured it through continuous improvement.

Applications included SAP FI, SC, HCM, various Consumers web sites and web applications, SharePoint applications, Lotus Notes applications and other miscellaneous applications. Also had brief responsibility for SAP BW development as well as for our SAP Basis team.During this time, was responsible for managing all SAP development for our SAP implementation. This included all ABAP, Java and XI development for over 900 FRICE-W objects across several SAP modules and components: SAP Industry Standard Utilities (ISU), CRM, HCM, FI, SC, PM, PS, Enterprise Portal and Utility Customer eServices (UCES).

Responsible for web applications, the Consumers web site and Lotus Notes applications.During this time, served as Project Manager and Technical Lead for building Consumers Energy's first major web application, our Online Billing application. This was a custom web application interfacing to our mainframe Customer Information System and was based on a biller direct model. This was launched in the summer of 1999. Consumers Energy was one of a handful of utilities to offer online billing services at that time.Oversaw the implementation of Consumers Energy's first content management system for our corporate web site.
