I love the creative aspect of my job including identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate prospective customers to take action.For over 20 years I owned and managed a direct-to-consumer music business where I developed a unique skill set of direct marketing experience combined with a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital media. I carried my passion for catalog direct marketing (which became e-commerce) over to the internet where I continue to love anything to do with webpage management, SEO, social media, ad management, tracking and analytics. I also managed a customer database of over 40,000 customers which gave me a good introduction to today’s complex CRM software systems. Other interests include singing and playing electric guitar in a cover band, running, biking, cross country skiing, spinning, and playing hockey.
