Primary responsibilities include managing the company’s Gulf Coast, Mid-Continent and North East activities for all NGL products as well as executing trades and hedges at Conway and Mont Belvieu. • Identify / Develop / Operate capital projects – LPG Terminals, Pipeline expansions, Tank car and Transport Fleets and expand 3rd party terminal sales.• Managed the company’s daily activities at two of the terminal assets built under my direction. Pipeline supplied Plattsburg, MO 15,000,000 annual gallons, and railroad/tank car supplied Scranton, PA, 8,000,000 annual gallons. Entered into a long term 3rd party terminal agreement in North Collins, NY 7,500,000 annual gallons. Organized regular meetings with scheduling and operations personnel to ensure that all logistical possibilities were carefully monitored for maximum profitability as well as meeting all safety compliances.• Negotiated supply and storage contracts to serve all sales activities with annual sales exceeding $35 million dollars.• Oversaw the accounting functions; payables, receivables, income statements, balance sheets and payroll on four companies under my responsibility.• Started up and support profitable wholesale propane groups with spot and term purchases, forward sales and hedging.• Attended daily meetings with the executive management group, including Chief Executive Officer, to review activity, discuss current operations and develop future trading strategies. • Started up a hazardous materials transport trucking company. Hired drivers, reviewed daily logs, back ground checks, safety reviews. Met or exceeded Department of Transportation’s requirements. Hauls consisted of Propane, Butane, BB Mix, Ethanol, Asphalt and Crude Oil. Negotiated contract freight rates as well as establishing line haul freight rates.

• Managed six propane terminals where by tank car supply was off loaded into bulk storage tanks then loaded into company’s transports for delivery to retail. Reviewed and maintained OSHA safety compliance.• Managed company owned underground propane storage caverns for AmeriGas’s own needs and negotiated third party storage agreements to maximize capacity for maximum revenues• Shouldered the responsibly of the company’s tank car fleet of 2,300 tank cars throughout the United States. Negotiated freight rates to assist in providing the lowest cost of fuel delivered to the company’s retail. First year savings $3 million dollars. Established a rail communication delivery system to minimize retail gas shortages.• Expanded the negotiations to include all the USA rail supply contracts for retail and wholesale.

Primary responsibilities at AmeriGas included managing the entire supply contracts for the retail operations from the Rocky Mountains to California. Moved to Houston for further career growth. • Improved supply contracts by negotiating contracts with Refinery’s and Gas Plants. • Managed the company’s “optimization books” by reviewing daily distribution patterns to maximize the company’s lowest cost of purchases and deliveries.
