Key accomplishments include:- Client Engagement & Project Management: Successfully embedded within client teams, taking on additional responsibilities outside of the initial project scope to address operational challenges and demonstrate our broader capabilities. This proactive approach has helped to strengthen client relationships and enhance our overall value proposition. I also led projects and was responsible for key pieces of functionality. - Accessibility Leadership: Led multiple accessibility audits and initiatives to ensure our products meet and exceed standards, significantly improving inclusivity and compliance for our clients. - Upskilling & Mentorship: Created learning opportunities for peers, focusing on emerging technologies and best practices. Spearheaded initiatives to foster a positive work environment while collaborating with the People and Culture team to enhance our mentoring program.
