Primarily responsible for the administrative management of multiple employee benefit programs for a 19,000-employee purchasing consortium for ten years before client transitioned to a pure consulting model Consortium benefit program management and consulting services include Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Wellness, Disease Management, Stop Loss Insurance, Life Insurance and Employee Assistance programs Convert employer benefit programs to self-insured Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Plans to the client’s consortiumAccountable for the management and administration of vendor partner contracts, including Third Party Administrator, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Employee Assistance program and wellness and disease management vendorsLead consultant responsible for converting consortium's 130-client prescription drug program from a direct Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) contract to a technology-enabled Pharmacy Benefits Optimizer (PBO)Underwrite and develop Request for Proposals (RFPs) for fully-insured and self-insured prospective groups to join client’s consortiumAnalyze fully insured renewal proposals and develop recommendations for consultant clientsAudit and review monthly claims data reporting package and provide analysis and observations for consultant clientPrepare underwriting guidelines, including historical background and "go forward strategies", for client stand-alone members and pool organizationsProvide consulting, transitional support and historical strategies to consortium client, including Chief Fiscal Officer, Vice President of Retention, National Marketing Director, Director of Underwriting, Compliance and Account Management staffProvide education, training including written guidelines for the client on member group renewals, new business proposals, benefit plan modeling requests, member group withdrawal procedures and member group historical reports

Accountable to the 180th Fighter Wing Commander for the management and sustainment of the unit’s Inspection and General Complaints Resolution Programs. Also responsible for the Air National Guard Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) program

Accountable for all Public Affairs programs affecting the 180th Fighter Wing including newsletter, photography, video and multimedia support for both internal and external events

Accountable for all Group Welfare Benefits for 9,000 active employees and retirees at 15 locations in the United States
