I am currently working in the Collections department in PPL where I offer a high level of customer service whilst dealing with customers regarding payments for copyright licensing. My role within the company is the following:Meeting daily target calls (minimum of 75 a day), to chase payment from customers Explaining copy right law to customersUpdating customer information and notes on the our internal data base oracle system (EBS)Setting up direct debits and payment plansTaking payments and applying to customer accountsReviewing debtors reports to clients notesAttend meetings where i have to up date Collection TeamMake sure all customer information is correct so that we can effectively chase payment regarding music licensingReviewing accounts and referring the accounts onto our 3rd party collection agencies where requiredManaging Collection mailboxHelping with other departments within PPL chasing up outstanding paymentsDealing with large customer accountsHave helped with project developmentMeeting PPL monthly and annual budget

The Beauty Works Ltd is a manufacture of Beauty and Electrical equipment which is sold to large retailers and individual customers. Due to the company going in to administration I am now looking for a new role. I started off in an office junior role where I was in charge of administration duties.
