Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Strategy Development: Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with overall business objectives and target audience insights. Define campaign goals, messaging, channels, and KPIs.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, creative, content, and performance teams to ensure alignment and cohesion across all marketing initiatives.- Global Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including goal setting, content creation, channel activation, and budget management. Ensure timely delivery and quality execution across all channels and markets.- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to derive actionable insights. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and market feedback to maximize ROI.- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on campaign performance, key learnings, and strategic recommendations. Act as a liaison between global and regional teams to foster collaboration and alignment.- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for innovation.

• Taking responsibility of the fulfilment for the DACH Marketing strategy and leading the DACH Marketing team to meet the business’s wider goals of generating new leads and revenues from DACH markets including event coordination, lead generation programs, webinars, mailings, paid ads for the DACH market (with the SEA agency) and localisation of campaigns
 • Creating high quality German content on behalf of Brandwatch in an intuitive and autonomous manner, from blogs to white papers
 • Having ownership of the German Website, social accounts and wider community management
 • Managing the German PR contractor, relationships with Influencers and the Co-Marketing with partners in the DACH region
 • Doing an ongoing reporting and optimization of the DACH Marketing activities – as well as adjusting the strategy and activities when needed
 • Monitoring and research of trends in the social media intelligence industry to stay up to date and implement learnings in the strategy
