Preparing and presenting data to the clients at quarterly meetings, or whenever requested. Ensure that any issues are addressed efficiently without impacting on the clients' business. Whilst in this position, I also passed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and used this knowledge to complete two projects driving change throughout the business; removing waste from processes and creating both Hard and Soft savings for the company.
