Define and agree implementation schedule and approach. Develop and maintain a standardised implementation methodology. Manage all aspects of the implementations, including; gap analysis, training, master data cleansing, and post implementation support. Benchmark and evidence required operational Service Delivery improvement post implementation. As part of the implementation promote, champion and ensure adoption of global standard operational procedures. Ensure that system enhancements are processed to accommodate local requirements (e.g. customer or legislative considerations). Ensure that stakeholders are fully consulted and fully support the implementation. Proactively identify and resolve compliance issues relating to the implementations. Identify, track and implement lessons learned ensuring the implementation methodology is continuously improved. Ensure that implementations are fully signed off and meet the required go-live and steady state criteria. Maintain full history and documentation to satisfy internal and external audit and compliance requirements. Achieve implementation performance, budget and schedule targets

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Ensure HSSE standards are met during all elements of the Project. Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Lead by example in a professional and ethical way. Ensure communication and collaboration between all stakeholders and owners of the project. Use best in class project management techniques to promote culture deadline achievement and risk recognition.

Responsible for Global Hub Agency Contracts. Accountable for all of the operational needs of the clients, including in depth ad hoc reporting along with the day to day overseeing of their vessel calls around the globe. Preparing and presenting data to the clients at quarterly meetings, or whenever requested. Ensure that any issues are addressed efficiently without impacting on the clients' business. Whilst in this position, I also passed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and used this knowledge to complete two projects driving change throughout the business; removing waste from processes and creating both Hard and Soft savings for the company.
