Current position as a Sales Director for Equestrian Surfaces Ltd, responsible for worldwide sales. I have been employed with the company for over 16 years and in my current role for 8 years. The company was founded by my father Paul Harper and since his passing in 2014, I have taken on his role in Sales. Previous work experience in all aspects of the business, admin, production, accounts, transport and construction, now developing a sales team to bring our products to the a worldwide audience. Outside of work, I am a husband and father to 2 children, we have dogs which we enjoy walking as a family and play golf as a hobby, albeit competitive given I play off of scratch.
