I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience and evidence of successful leadership in Operational, Tactical and Strategic leadership roles in multi disciplinary and multi agency environments. I'm a quick learner, making me an adaptable, innovative and successful leader with a strong investigative and analytical skill set, capable of working alone or as part of a team. I have demonstrated my capability to build strong teams in high pressurised and time critical environments with groups who have not worked together before, creating common purpose and shared values. I do this by building relationships and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve positive, sustained and joint solutions and results. I am motivated by developing and supporting people to reach their potential to deliver the best service possible in which ever environment I'm working.I have highly developed organisational and time management skills ensuring strict adherence to deadlines within high pressured and demanding situations.I continue my public service in my personal life, volunteering in Scouting, as Safeguarding Governor of a local primary school and as a rugby coach at the local rugby club. I thoroughly enjoy developing the skills, confidence and personal growth of young people.
