This blueprint was an end-to-end plan that was presented and recognized by the senior leadership team to increase efficiency and save hundreds of thousands of dollars in workforce hours- Developed 30+ requirements to build functionalities to improve the user experience in the UI of Quantexa for 5+ software developers. These features enhanced the workflow of 15+ help desk team members by providing easy-to- access functions that allowed them to decipher incoming requests and execute quick decisions- Collaborated with 12+ key stakeholders and LOBs to identify data ownership for centrally utilized data elements for the client's lifecycle. This resulted in clean data across the organization and decreased the number of data discrepancies, improving team efficiency- Executed SQL queries to assess three different third-party data for cost savings. This research led to selecting a separate third-party vendor and saved BNY $800k in product cost

These findings were presented to senior leadership for future strategic decisions- Implemented automated Memorandum of Adjustment (MOA) process utilizing pre-existing software called Workfront to streamline 500+ claims and increase claim output by 50%- Formulated solutions and recommendations for Stonyfield to prevent significantly high levels of MOAs.
