I have been involved in every facet of recruitment since I graduated from Arizona State University in 2003. I have worked for large corporations with a national / international scope as well as small privately owned companies. I have spent the majority of my career in the healthcare field, but did work a short stint in the financial industry and even ran my own business for a time. I have recruited everything from executives to non-licenced professionals. When it comes to recruitment I have seen quite a bit, but no one can say they have seen it all.
