As Head of property management Norway, I was responsible for Telenor's total portfolio of technical and combined buildings across Norway. The portfolio consisted of approximately 550.000 square meters, and contained a number of development properties within different segments. The technical and combined buildings contain infrastructural installations essential for Telenor's customers, and the goal was to combine this need with optimal nationwide real estate development. To reach the goal, I was supported by a large team of highly motivated and competent property managers.

Markedssjef (portfolio manager) in Telenor Real Estate, Commercial Property & Asset management. Telenor is one of Europes leading telecom providers. The real estate division owns and operates in excess of 900.000 square meters of commercial property; leased out to wholly owned companies and subsidiaries as well as market leases to companies with no affiliation to Telenor. Commercial Property & Asset management is responsible for managing, running and maintaining all the buildings and premises that are owned or leased by Telenor Real Estate.The unit is also responsible for the development and services offered at Telenor buildings. As portfolio manager, I manage a team of highly skilled property/asset managers with a total portfolio of approximately 370.000 square meters, along with maintaining focus on large scale customers and accounts. I'm also involved in major developement projects and leases/negotiations in the top end of the portfolio.
