Oversee 4 supervisors and 7 case managers, including Ryan White Part A & B medical case managers, a DRS home services case manager, and a non-medical/supportive case manager. Provide individual supervision and ongoing, day to day support and problem-solving for all staff, conduct monthly team meetings, manage audits of charts and budgets, evaluate employees, manage and develop relationships with medical and hospital clinics where case managers are co-located, assist with development of new programs to meet client needs.

Developed and launched new program to provide outreach, support, information, and resources to older adults who are aging with HIV. Designed literature, created resource guide and website, set up and manage Facebook group page for program. Facilitate a support group for program. Conducted outreach and program development with potential clients and other agencies and organizations. Co-wrote grant for Year Two of program. Promoted program via email, flyers and presentations.

Case managed Ryan White clients who were residents of the Independent Living Program (ILP) and who lived in the community. Organized and managed activities and programs at ILP. Completed intakes and reassessments, developed care plans, and provided resources and referrals.
