Serves as the Section Chief for 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (LI), supporting over 4,500 personnel; responsible for the morale, welfare, training, and professional development of the Brigade S6 Section comprised of five Offices, 10 NCO's, and 14 Soldiers; supervises, plans, and integrates the installation, employment, and maintenance of signal support systems, automated telecommunications systems, satellite radio communications systems, and communication networks, using radio, wire, and battlefield automated systems; develop staff information services, policies, and procedures; establishes unit signal maintenance protocol; plans and conducts Brigade signal support operations, signal equipment training, and managing of signal personnel.

Served as the Executive Communications Team NCOIC for the United States Army Forces Command Commanding General; directly responsible for all communications and automations requirements for the Commanding General and supporting staff; responsible for the worldwide installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of secure voice and data communication systems, video teleconferencing systems, and portable NIPR/SIPR communication packages; provides technical advice, guidance and support to subordinates and supporting staff; responsible for the health and welfare of three Noncommisioned Officers.

Served as a Platoon Sergeant in an Expeditionary Signal Battalion (Enhanced) that provides and defends rapidly deployable, secure and nonsecure voice, data, and visual communications support to joint and combined operations worldwide; supervises the installation, operation, and maintenance of eight NTSC-252(V)1&2 Scalable Network Nodes (SNN), two multi-channel Tri Band Line of Site Radio terminals (TRILOS), two AVL TECHNOLOGIE 2.2 M Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT), one 10K Generator, and one secure wireless Small Form Factor (SFF); responsible for the health, welfare, training and professional development for eight NCO's and 35 soldiers.

Served as a Network Operations (NETOPS) Chief; responsible for providing reliable and robust network operations, relevant and accurate equipment status reporting, and mission planning; This includes Reason For Outages (RFO), satellite access/de-access authorizations, Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), and maintenance reports. Responsible for conducting Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Team Leader Conferences.

Served as the Transmission Systems Operations NCO for ARNORTH. Responsible for providing desktop computer support which includes diagnosing and resolving any workstation operating system software, application software or hardware problems while deployed in the support of the Commanding General (CG) United States Army, North. Installs, operates, and maintains a 24-hour communications package via Executive Communication Kit including non-secure and secure voice, data, and video utilizing landline, Internet Protocol (IP), satellite, and cellular networks.

Served as a Network Operations (NETOPS) Chief; responsible for providing reliable and robust network operations, relevant and accurate equipment status reporting, and mission planning; established and enforced NETOPS reporting procedures for all Capability Set (CS) -15/INC2 systems. This included Reason For Outages (RFO), satellite access/de-access authorizations, Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), and maintenance reports. Responsible for conducting Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Team Leader Conferences.

Supervises, trains, and manages personnel on the High Capacity Line of Site (HCLOS), Secure Mobile Anti-Jam Reliable-Tactical-Terminal (SMART-T), Tactical Relay-Tower (TR-T), and Sattelite Transportable Trailer (STT+). Provides subordinates technical assistance in resolving connectivity problems and complex maintenance faults. Plans and coordinates line of sight (LOS) communication assemblages.

Responsible for the daily operation of a communications team. Coordinates the organizational maintenance on tactical and automation systems to include; tactical FM Communications, tactical Single Channel Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Satellite Terminal Trailer (STT), Command Post Node (CPN), and SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP).

Served as an AN/TRC-170 Troposcatter Satellite Communications Team Chief. Planned the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Troposphere Communications Section.

Served as an AN/TRC-174C Team Chief. Plans the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of an AN/TRC-174C LOS team.
