Through my professional client-facing experience in the SaaS-focused technology space, I’ve come to realize that many of the obstacles facing organizations require creative but rigorous and thoughtful approaches to problem solving. How do we better meet the complex and diverse needs of our clients and customers? How can we optimize workflows to save time, labor, and resources? Understanding the needs and attitudes of clients and colleagues, as well as a deep knowledge of the products offered, are ultimately what enable us to make the kinds of connections that offer innovative solutions to difficult challenges.This approach served me well across multiple roles at WizeHive, helping me to devise creative solutions to complex requirements, better train clients to successfully master and maintain their customized solutions, and interrogate the best approaches to creating knowledge resources for different kinds of clients and colleagues alike. It also positioned me as a subject-matter expert called upon regularly for cross-functional collaboration and consultation across multiple projects in different Professional Services and Product teams. Prior to transitioning to the SaaS-focused technology industry, I earned a PhD and gained over a decade of international research and teaching experience.
