 In charge of introduction of IT Tools that helps the Business Operations. Actively involved in Resource Hiring, Overseeing assignment of the Resources and planning staff development. Actively involved in identifying the areas of Improvement of the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, to support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Working as In charge of Jubail Office with direct reporting staff of 11, working closely with the management to implement organizational strategies, policies and Practices.  As part of Improvising the Management Reporting System, Implemented an Improvised Daily Reporting System based on management interested Matrices. As part of improvising the area of Information Flow Management, Formulated and centralized CV Tracker and Requirements Tracker using MS Excel template and its features to match the Resource requirements with the Resource database. Currently in India for Visa Change.

 Primarily involved in setting up the Company head office at Trivandrum. Held an active part in defining the Company Strategic long term planning. Conducted Training in Crystal Report and Business Objects.  Held an active part in coining the HR Policies.

 Worked as a Project Manager Reporting to the Program Manager Worked on leading multiple Data Warehousing projects for GE  Worked as Development Resource on Reporting Development. Single Point of Contact for Six Sigma Certification and achieved 100 % Certification for the BI Team by 2009.  Single Point of Contact for GE Internal Billing system. Self learned and Introduced Web Elements to the BI Team for GE Static Reporting system. Involved in Hiring and Mentoring of Contractors and New employees.

 Worked as Project Lead in Development, reporting to the Product Manager. Worked on Pre Sales, Sales – IT Support. Worked on multiple proofs of Concepts. Worked on multiple End to End Data Warehousing Projects using TM1. Worked closely with Channel Partners for Sales and Support.
