Thomas Kerr is a Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM), an Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) and Civil Engineer with over 14 years’ experience in the transport & infrastructure industry. He holds Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney, Diploma of Project Management, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is part way through his MBA degree (specialising in Project Management).Specialising in the railway industry, Thomas has extensive expertise in project and engineering management roles through the project lifecycle, as well as strong business development skills. He is also a professional in systems engineering and safety assurance services, with experience in early-stage conceptual design, applying model-based systems engineering techniques.Thomas is the Past President of the Rail Track Association Australia (RTAA), focused on knowledge sharing and collaborating with industry to enhance capabilities, professional networks and make rail more inclusive for everyone.
