I have been in the Service Department for the Automotive Industry as of 2014 working in brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, and Porsche all located in Fairfield County Connecticut. During those years I have been managing and exceeding client satisfaction when handling their automotive vehicle repairs. Taking pride in advising my clients on the necessary repairs/maintenance required at the time of visit during both write up and as follow up after the full safety inspection is performed. Working with both technicians servicing the vehicle and directing clients in what is the proper course of action when maintaining their automobile. I have operated on software applications such as: Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK Global , Dealertrack, ADP Mobile Solutions, ELeads, CenPOS, and Text2Drive. Customer Pay, Warranty, and Internal repair orders I have managed in all three brands. Starting as a Greeter/Porter I have worked through positions such as Express Service Advisor, Main Shop Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, and also Assistant Service Manager. My duties have included: Greeter, Write-up, Advising & Upselling, Invoicing (CP,W,I) Cashiering, Rental Agent, Dispatcher, and Manager.
