Responsibilities include maintaining DEP, EPA, P2 (Stormwater), ESOHCAMP & AFI compliance at the JB-MDL Ft. Dix Part “B” facility and approximately 12 outlying waste generating shops that the Part "B" facility services. Additionally, I am responsible for the completion of waste profiles and all other paperwork required to coordinate and schedule disposal services with DRMO, including DD1348's and preliminary Hazardous Waste Manifest review. I have the physical plant responsibilities for the Part "B" building (AST inspection, fire extinguisher inspection, Safety shower/ eyewash inspection, exterior upkeep, scheduling any needed repair services such as IT, etc.) . Additional key elements include completion of Biennial Hazardous waste reports, timely response to Base Data calls, involved with setup and population of EESO__MIS data collection system with several of my coworkers, familiarity with EPCRA Reporting (302,303,304,311,312,313), identification and communication of ways to cut costs of Hazardous Waste disposal to the Ft. Dix Hazardous Waste Manager and the JB-MDL MAW Environmental Chief in order to assist in compliance with cost savings directives and attainment of cost savings goals.

Assisted Hazardous Materials Manager with proper handling and tracking of all hazardous materials entering and used at JB-MDL Lakehurst Base. Duties included gaining familiarity with and using Navy & Air Force software to Receive, Inventory and Issue hazardous materials used on the base. Duties also included completing physical inventories & delivering hazardous materials when needed.

Project Manager, South Jersey-VESTS. Managed Field service personnel as well as field service support staff; administered VESTS policies & procedures including Daily drivers’ logs and DOT Hours of Service (HOS) compliance for my direct reports, created Purchase Orders for use by subcontractors in my territory and tracked receipts against them. My duties included overseeing 11 field technicians to maximize efficiency & profitability of jobs, completing yearly performance reviews of field personnel, time management of field personnel to control overtime, providing support to field personnel. I was responsible for the overall planning, scheduling & coordinating of jobs, vehicle/equipment use and staffing field personnel to adequately & efficiently meet the needs of my clients. Also rotated as an on-call Emergency Response Supervisor for after hours situations that might arise.

AETC evolved into Veolia Environmental Services through a series of mergers and aquisitions. Supervised field crews in the identification, categorization, packaging, labeling & transportation of waste chemicals & materials, responsible for training field personnel to adequately & efficiently meet the needs of our clients with particular attention to safety and providing on-the-job training to my direct reports. Other duties included developing rapport with field employees & managers to encourage a positive working environment, promoting corporate goals and objectives while complying with standard operating procedures & policies including public relations, job site safety, identification of areas which reduce profitability & submitting possible solutions, employee well-being, recommending ways to improve performance for the achievement of corporate goals, performing labor intensive aspects of field service, responsibility for proper job completion
