I lead a team of test engineers and test technicians, coordinating their work loads to keep high priority projects spread out as much as possible so no one person is loaded with all the high priority work. I work with department management to plan capital budget purchases and project priorities.

As a test engineer I tested hardware and firmware that controls hardware behavior. I have worked hard to improve the test criteria and methodology throughout my career, working with R&D, QA, and our internal agency certification team.Some of the things I enjoy the most about my job are the fairly laid back atmosphere, the trust my bosses have in me, and the ability to experiment in how to improve our testing practices.
