Member of Clinton High School’s IT Department focused on the maintenance of current hardware and software infrastructure while providing assistance to staff, faculty and students. Core responsibilities include:•Installation and upgrade of software applications, build and replace hardware components, update virus definitions and remove viruses and malware from infected machines•Provide troubleshooting assistance to users and deliver hands-on support when needed•Conducted a rollout of 100+ notebook computers, configured to current CHS standards while introducing them to current domain structure•Prepared and successfully completed migration to Windows 7 for entire CHS network

Expeditor – Member of the kitchen staff in a high-end restaurant located in downtown Clinton. Main responsibilities include: delivering food orders to appropriate tables and patrons, maintaining high presentation at all times, knowledge of existing stock and location. Opportunity to practice and develop several key soft skills, including: leadership, teamwork, stress management, prioritization and schedule maintenance.

Busser– Cleared and cleaned tables, organized clean glassware, prioritized tasks based on fluctuating customer demand. Host – Sat parties at different stations in restaurant. Considerations included balancing workloads and number of patrons for servers, filling restaurant in an orderly manner and setting expectations with customers. Additional responsibilities included answering telephone to take orders, book reservations, forward calls and handle complaints.
