Mr. McCarty uses Six Sigma business improvement methodology to help clients achieve their strategic performance objectives. In addition, he applies Leadership Team coaching and Organizational Design principles to help clients become high performance teams.As an experienced Six Sigma practitioner and deployment leader, Mr. McCarty has worked with more than 50 leadership teams at various companies and government organizations. For the past 15 years, he has helped these teams to develop strategic plans and and deploy Lean Six Sigma business improvement campaigns.
