As Senior Director, my role has me continually balancing multifaceted responsibilities. In our industry, adaptability & versatility are key to assisting with the ever-changing market.Key Financial Responsibilities include: Budget Management, P&L Reporting, Costs Analysis, Quotes, Requests for Proposals (RFP, RFQ, RFI), Onboarding, Capital Allocation & Accounts Receivable/Collections. Operationally, I co-manage and mentor a team of Strategic Account Managers, Contractors & Vendors. Externally (In the Field), I train and support management in Customer Service, Key Client Relationships, Employee Engagement, Sales, Vendor Management, Cost Control/Payroll, Sales Presentations and Time Management. Internally (In the Office), I have an Open Door Policy. I am a coach, a mentor or just a listening ear to get through a rough day. To bring value to our employees, my Management Team and I have collaborated and facilitated new CRM tools, like RazorSync and Salesforce, to help employees with Customer Engagement, Sales Growth, Commission Tracking and Customer & Employee Quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI). I manage strategic accounts for over 450 local DFW customers and report directly to the Vice President, CFO, and CEO of Regent Services.
