Tyler Technologies (formerly MicroPact) provides solutions to government agencies using its entellitrak product, a low-code application development platform for case management and business process management. At Tyler, I managed the maintenance and evolution of the company’s most successful accelerator products. This includes full life cycle support, including demoing and marketing/sales support, management of the product to meet evolving business needs, and finally working with delivery teams to deploy these applications to clients.

Worked as a Senior Consultant on a project with the Department of Justice to deploy an enterprise-wide Personnel Security Solution based on the Entellitrak COTS platform. Served a variety of roles to fit the evolving needs of this complex solution.• Managed and coordinated Service Desk training, schedule, activities, and reporting• Coordinate with IT/Solution vendors and federal IT Teams daily regarding defects, upgrades, system performance (Etc) • Performed and organized requirements gathering, issue tracking/remediation, and deployment activities • Developed Implementation Plan, Test Cases, and Requirements documentation • Promoted consistently (from Junior BA/Tech Writer to Tester, Lead Tester, Service Desk Manager, and Lead Consultant • Balanced Client and Customer concerns with Development and Test schedule, labor budget, and defect/change request priorities over a four-years of project lifecycle
