Managed all interiors product maintenance performed by outside suppliers including slides, passenger seats, crew seats, ovens, coffee makers, carpet, life vests laves and galleys to ensure compliance as well as TAT and cost control.

Managed production flow, scheduling, finance as well as forecasting for component shops including sheetmetal, composite, interiors, O2, seats both cabin and crew.

 Designed, developed and successfully implemented 2 new structural upgrade lines for DC-9 aircraft. Managed all aspects of DC-9 heavy check maintenance lines, from planning and budgeting to performance reviews, supervising over 250 employees and 10+ Managers Developed, implemented and maintained a budget of over $250M Designed and successfully implemented a DC-9 Aft Pressure Bulkhead modification line as part of the Intermediate Maintenance Operations group Managed the Intermediate Maintenance Organization, coordinating with all departments to support special visit aircraft. Successfully 150 employees and managers to meet or beat all metrics.
