At the end of 2016, I finished my bachelors degree in Environmental Biology from Curtin University. Certain units, such as 'Environmental Impact Assessment' have sparked my interest in the field. I would like to see the methods I studied in this unit applied in real-life scenarios and work with others to overcome obstacles. I am also interested in the work covered during my study of 'Conservation Biology and Sustainability'. Managing the environment while maintaining our current lifestyles is very important going into the future, and developing methods of lessening the impact humans have on the environment is critical in protecting endangered flora and fauna. Now that I have completed my degree, I would love to work in a field that lets me work with others to develop methods for protecting the critical systems of our environment, as it is important that these systems stay healthy, as we utilise their resources. I also have a strong interest in many sports such as AFL, tennis, and running/athletics. Sport has always been a significant part of my life, and has even led to a part-time job (tennis coaching). I was nominated as the captain of my tennis team from 2010-2012. Our team won the Under 16's, Division 8 competition in the 2010/2011 summer season.
