• Managed the development of a custom application for warranty returns processing at the world’s largest manufacturer and recycler of automotive batteries. Worked with internal stakeholders to develop detailed requirements and specifications. Managed design, build and testing of the application utilizing a waterfall development methodology while managing a team of nearshore developers.

• Led a team that developed and implemented new web-based products and services. Worked directly with company executives to define strategies and services focused on attracting new customers and increasing revenue. Managed development, testing and implementation of the new services. • Led the planning and execution of joint sourcing and online auction events. Researched historic and forecast spending, identified areas of opportunity, and utilized software tools to manage RFP’s and execute online auctions. • Led a team that implemented an e-procurement software solution at a Fortune 100 manufacturing conglomerate. • Re-engineered indirect procurement processes and managed the implementation, integration and testing of the new software, including training users. • Managed third-party development of customizations, and served as liaison between technical and functional teams.

• Implemented an ERP system at global automotive supplier. Drove multiple project work streams involving process design, configuration, issue management, data conversion, security and training. Assisted in rolling out a common model design to two of the company’s locations.• Led the optimization of an ERP system at a global automotive supplier. Managed a team responsible for defining and developing over 60 custom reports, EDI interfaces and system performance enhancements.• Developed innovative procurement strategies for large client accounts leveraging e-procurement software. Met with clients to evaluate sourcing processes, developed system and strategy models, and presented recommendations to client executives.
