Make sure my truck is clean and all materials for the job at hand are loaded every morning. On the job, I go through all the work with our customers as well as my crew members. We prepare the home for the day of work ahead. Throughout the day, I assign tasks to my crew members and have them report back to me when finished. Problems or additional work is taken care of between the office and myself. After the work is complete, the customer is shown all the work that has been done, either in person or via photos. Then, a clean up is performed. When customers are satisfied, all final paperwork is signed and payment is collected.

I made all the bread from scratch, following recipes given by the owner. Kept all supplies stocked and prepared. Helped out during the dressing process when needed.Also made deliveries to local businesses twice a week.

Assisted with all tasks throughout the shift with other crew members. Including: stocking the floor and coolers, keeping fresh coffee out, tagging out expired product, operating a cash register, and assisting customers with whatever they might need.

I was in charge of crews up to 30 people at a time. My responsibility was to make sure the auditorium, science exhibits, and other entertainment areas were properly assembled and ready to use.
