• I've led on capital delivery projects and schemes for asset and facility replacement that includes civil works on highway and at rail park and ride locations, introduction of a CAFM system and corporate re-branding of.
• I created, procured and had day to day contract management of hard and soft service maintenance contracts. Measuring performance, ensuring the highest expected SLA standards were achieved and reported monthly through.
